It will run like a dream.
Mine is an older model with a 2.8 GHz intel core 2 duo and 4Gb of of 1067 MHz RAM. It runs Live fine. I do get some large CPU spikes occasionally but only on tracks with lots of 3rd party plug ins and I do have a tendency to run more than just Live at the same time.
So, yes, your spec will be fine mate.
Whats the max Ram available to Live atm? Is it limited to 3 or 4 gb?
Hopefully next version will be able to access more. Fkn better!
