Making a bassline like this?

just wondering if anyone can help with getting this big pumping feeling I know about side chain compression but cant seem to get a sound like this with sylenth and also advise on the lead sound im interested in kicks in about 30seconds and the pumping bassline about the 1min mark

sounds like a live bass sample… try the fingered bass sample from the disco course
