br
especially in Calfan’s Remix of Reverie, that staby plucky sound how to get it, br
so if You guys can help explaining what’s going on in there, I would be really grateful br
Thank You !

Hello hello!br
br
I’m not Phil or Bryan, but I’d like to take a shot at this neat deconstruction experiment! :Dbr
br
So what I’m hearing is a plucky sawtooth, sidechained with a reverb with a wet/dry that is automated to increase at the end of the bar. I felt like tossing something rather hastily together to demonstrate!br

br
Please forgive the super quickness and mediocrity. I threw the 1 bar loop together in Reason, bounced it out, then did a pitch down in ableton live. I’m no pitch down pro, so I hope it serves. br
br
What I’m not sure about is the kind of reversed lead in to the pluck. I’m not sure how to do that, but I’d like to know cuz I think it’s cool!br
br
How close is that?
