Maximizing only to a portion of the screen

Hi.
So, I’ve recently got an ultrawide monitor, which is goregous. However, I’d like to watch a video in the right portion of the screen and have my DAW open in the left part. Does anyone know any tools for windows which allow the video to be maximized only to a part of the screen? And no, just seeing the video as it is in the browser window is still too small.

If you’re using Win 8 or 10, there’s a feature called SNAP ASSIST that should help to achieve this.
