Hi,
Started producing (somewhat more serious) a year ago. Tracks finally (partially thanks to sonic academy) starting to sound ok (definately not ‘cool’ yet though). I’m trying to make rolling tech-house. I’m currently stuck at some mixdown issues. When i test my tracks on live systems they sound absolutely horrible. I’ve tried several things but i think my mixdown skills are lacking. To get to my question: Have you guys got some tips on edm- (techno) mixdown in like books, articles, websites? I used the search option, but couldn’t really find anything.
Is it also possible to post tracks here to get some feedback?

what are you monitoring on… if you dont have something half decent no matter what techniques you learn it will be nearly impossible to get a good mix as you just wont be able to hear if the techniques you are applying are working.
KRK RP 6 g2, that should be good enough
