I know there seems to be some fire being fueled in the HTSL tutorials.
I love them all and learn alot. I’ve been making music since 1996 but as production moves so fast then its hard to keep up and please everyone and unless you hang with these guys you can get left behind like i did.
I would love to see tech trance tutorials like Simon Patteron, Sean Tyas, Cosmic Gate, Rank 1 Sander Van Door, (although SVD has studio tricks on his main website, but you still can’t see exactly what he does!!! Inside stuff!!!)
But also i would love to see more production tricks. Like stutter breaks and more tricks rather than just using plugins like dblue glitch, supatrigga, live cut etc etc.
This filth rich remix from some time ago is a killer. I dug the cd out this week in a mix and forgot how good the track was. I know theres a lot of gating on a 16th or 32nd going. But would be nice to have some tutorials like this also. Unless anyone can guide me to some good stuff!! I know its an electro house remix. But the point i’m making is more of the production tricks than the genre on this one. Even if it was done on the weekly tip tutorials. A break down of the techniques would be amazing to then apply to any genre you wish to experiment with.
