As for singles, I’ve been rocking out to these
The whole EP is good…
Album was out last year but this came out as a single in January I think.
Other than that I love most of what Toolroom put out as well as Poker Flat. Can’t go wrong there.
Geez - Dettmann is a gentleman. Seems like a cool Guy.
Jon - Maya Jane Coles: ***** brilliant! Love everything I hear of hers, whether its a mix or an original track.
Sh!t cool music.
A lot of people will prolly disagree with my list but here goes nothing:
Tech House - Michael Woods - Fruitcake
Dubstep - cant choose between:
Feed Me - Strange Behaviour
Spor - Pacifica (technically he played this live at Global Gathering 2010 though?)
Prog House - cant choose between:
Deadmau5 - HR8938 Cephei
Sander Van Doorn - Drink to get Drunk Extended Mix
Breaks - Stanton Warriors - Shoot Me Down (Only heard it the other day but I keep listening to it over and over again, love this track!)
Cant choose them in a specific order but those are my top 6...
T47 was inspirational earlier this year but lately I’ve been listening to a lot of older stuff from jeff mills and surgeon.
I’m liking a lot more from unknown people on Facebook and soundcloud as well. Keeping it Independant and underground!
One too watch for is that cool hansome chap Nomad SPectrum - something about him just makes me shiver
Whats he called - Wandering Rectum? :hehe:
Kaskade Fire & Ice Album anyone? I mean I know a lot of you guys are techno-heads, but I feel like Kaskade has such variety of emotions and feelings in his tracks. Yes they are all house for the most part, but his variety within the scene is amazing imo.
Also, been jammin out to Aural Psynapse by Deadmau5 as well as Bleed by Deadmau5.
In other words, lovin the chill/proggy stuff :)
Deadmau5 has an Anal Prolapse?
How did that happen?
If you ever saw who his girlfriend used to be youd know why ICN!
I would say who she was but I forgot A playboy playmate or something
Fit as fudge!
Here are a few tracks I dug this year…

<EMBED height=360 type=application/x-shockwave-flash width=480 src=- YouTube allowfullscreen=“true” allowscriptaccess=“always”>

Heard this track everywhere!
ICN, never listened to this kinda stuff. Never liked it. Listened to all your favorites, like em a lot. Not sure if i should like that
I have to add the N’To - Stupid (Willy Real & David Prap Remix) to my list, making it 7.
Such an amazing track, all the versions of N’To’s Stupid are amazing, the other best being the Traumer Long Way Mix.
Here it is:
Just so good, love how it starts so chilled out and goes so epic!
Starting to slowly fall in love with Nero's Reaching Out as well... Its just so simply yet engaging, great track on their side!

Yeah, love this.
Example - Changed the Way You Kissed Me.
What an unbelievable tune this is, +1 for Michael Woods…
Best lyrics of 2011 goes to Benoit & Sergio:

Somone posted this a while ago on here. This song is amazing. I have to say i was emotionally hit by it and i hope the same will happen for you too. This dude is incredible
cheers!
Nice to see mention of Maya Jane Coles. Saw her live recently. Awesome set. Her essential mix for Radio 1 is a must have.
So much good music this year. Julio Bashmore right at the top of this for me with Battle For Middle You which is song of the year for me. Residentadvisor’s top 50 of the year are well worth a check out. Same with djmag’s. You can find them as user uploaded lists on spotify too which is awesome.
Yeah I bought Bashmore’s Everyone Needs A Theme Tune EP. Cracking work. Love it.
The only thing i listened to last year mainly was experimental electronic music. Real left field sort of stuff. …and Skrillex, lol.
