My two music production courses that i had when signing up have dissapeared from my account before i could download them Why have they gone? I have contacted admin twice with no reply.

Downloads have a 2 week expiry from when you purchased. To get you account reset send a message to customerservice@sonicacademy.com Please include your User name, account email address and the 2 courses you initially choose.
Ill personally be looking after this and will get it sorted asap.
