Very cool track.
I really like it.

My only recommendation would be to work on the mix and master side to clear it up.
There’s alot of great elements in there that are a little lost.

Thanks! Is it something on the Master track you think I should do or is it how the over all track is mixed together.

This is actually my first song in ableton live. I’ve recently switch from FL studio because I wanted to get more into live stuff. Fl studio is pretty limited when it comes to that along with alot of other things.

on the master usually a nice solid compressor an EQ and a limiter for me. +ozone



but thats only when you are exporting.



i cant teach you mastering but i can help with your mixing.



try panning sounds to make them come from different places in the mix.



i learned a new technique recently for your mixdowns…



take everything off the master. so that there is nothing on it.



play your track from the start. if u see the master channel go in the red… then ur clipping.



if ur master goes into the red then something is wrong in the mix and causing clipping.



go through ur track and see what happens. it will help point out where the problems are.



its a good reference for me because when you send a track out to be mastered…



usually there is nothing on the master channel and they want ZERO clipping.

awesome track man… totally feeling the groove and the mord fustang type lead you have in there sounds pretty amazing. I’ve actually been trying to figure out that sound for a while now! Care to share what lead it is?

Thanks ! I used a default sound in Massive to get that lead. When I get home I’ll check which one.
