downsweep is another word for it. I guess the best way to describe the sound is someone who is holding their breath then finally releases all the air. Idk if that helps. Its like a white noise sweep buts there are tonal qualities

Its Just a hit of colored white Noised with a bit of reverb/Delay and sidechained.

I agree. it sounds like a white noise sweep with a ping pong delay, so it just keeps repeating 5 or 6 times until it dies down. that’s what gives it that effect.
