scott (25/07/2010)
Now you’re talking out of your bangle.
edit: LOL.
edit: Get on it hero. I’d love to hear it. John Fisher > Adam Beyer.
haha did i suggest i was better than Adam Beyer (no) if by what i wrote suggested that then what you wrote would suggest that you somehow think you are better than the SHM.
simply put dude if you’re gonna suggest something, suggest something better. Adam Beyer has a shed load of tracks out and you picked one that sounds like half the tracks already on TID. personally i think there is more to learn from the track i suggested but what ever.
pffft you said it was easy
Get on with it champ.
Is there anyone on this ***** forum with at least a bit of sense?
I suggested thathe SHM track is a success because of the catchiness of the riff and that there’s nothing particularly interesting production wise. It’s a bunch of layered synths ffs and sampled kicks/perc. The Adam Beyer track is a credible piece of music, something the SHM could never hope to achieve. The Beyer track is the benchmark for melodic Detroit influenced club Techno. It hasn’t been bettered since.
Yeah the track’s not new, so what. Replace elements with soft synths and some Vengence kicks and it would be.

ok i’ll get on with once we see the SHM tutorial from you, you suggested first that my choice was so simple. i have no problems attempting a tutorial once we’ve seen your attempt.
get on with it champ

Sorry dude, I kinda agreed with Jon on this one. Not that I dont like Adam Beyer or anything, but the song is not that difficult. Does that mean that I would like to make this track for you? No. Not my style to be honest. You can figure it out for yourself. Im not a tutor, although I love to help others out. I just have alot on my plate right now. But like I have mentioned in other posts, put it on loop and listen to the sounds. These are not only easy to recreate, but there really isnt much to it. If you want to replicate it, you can either request how to program drums tutorial, because thats the main thing with this sound (and pads). But the closest thing to this is the HTSL Tech Trance or whatever.
On another level, you can be a little more accepting dude. Yeah, SA has your money, but they have mine, Jons and most everyones on here. And when they do stuff, its done quite democratically. So… like Jon said, there should be a vote where your voice can be heard.

lmao.i love beyer and am not really much of a shm fan but you cant even compare the production value of this beyer track to theirs, thats just ridiculous.dont confuse your personal taste with the level of skill and work that go into a particular piece of music, not that the shm song was anything to scratch ones head in sheer awe over.

scott you don’t even have one track to show for your ‘months’ of being here,
unfortunately no tutorial will ever be able to help you, look up a good psychologist tho
and I don’t mean in it in a nasty way I’ve been reading you posts for a few days now and you clearly have problems, please seek professional help instead of a tutorial
Arguing makes me cry:crying:
