Here is my new original jam and as always feedback is greatly appreciated. I have only been producing since January and would love to hear what specifically I need to focus and improve on.
Have a good one guys!
It’s sounds not that well balanced. As if my headphones are too loud.
Besides that, you could gradually rolll off more of the bottom end in the break in order to give the drop more power.
Nice track. I don’t have much more experience than you, but here are a few things that jumped out:
-
The Mix. The synth stabs are too loud. They overwhelm the drums. Drums need to be more up front in the mix. Also, the background elements (risers, etc.) I heard sounded good…but I couldn’t hear them that well.
-
The Arrangement. The break is a little too long. Your tune is about 4 minutes long, and a lot of that is taken up with the break. Gotta keep the floor moving. Similar thing happens after the drop when you hit that filter. It’s a great sounding effect, but you should let things build more before you utilize it.
3. Instrumentation. It would be nice to hear some elements besides synth stab chord riffs…maybe throw some pads or arpeggios in the background to add interest and momentum.
Anyway, you’re doing a lot of things right, and with a few tweaks, you could really maximize the potential of the track.
That’s really nice ! I got the information for what I was seeking. Will you please help me to chose a good music synthesizer?
