There’s something funny happening with your mid bass at about 3:15. I think you’ve sidechained it to the kick right? So, the ducking you get when you get a double kick hit is a bit odd IMO.
Have you tried putting a silent kick track and sidechaining off that - that way you can have single kick hits on that track to sidechain off of?
Yeah i see (hear) what u mean. The bass is s/c to the kick, the separate kick track is a good idea
