New Track *Feedback Needed*

Hi Just looking for a bit of feedback on this track br
want to hear another persons opinionbr
I want to work on the hats and kick a bit br

Your link doesnt work. Take out http:\ or https:\ your link has both

SoundCloud - Hear the world’s sounds there’s a link that will I’m not on my laptop so I can’t do it properly

still doesnt work…

Did not really like it to be honest.br
Has potential but there are some fatal flaws in the track.br
br
First and most noticeably the empty breaks. Those sort of breaks have to be short or at least have some sort of really quite rising element or something. Those breaks also appear to often. Check out SHM’s Greyhound for example, they only use it once for the track before the first drop and its really short. Another example is my personal fave track Deadmau5 Right This Second, technically its not empty but its a similar sort of break before the drop with a noise riser. Point im trying to make is its either very short with a big hitting drop following or its lengthier with something quite’ish or a riser going through it.br
br
Secondly is the delayed bassline, you need to filter the delay. Bass should not be prominent in the side regions, only the mid regions. Its too out there and ruins the track. br
Bass is energetic, as with anything energetic it should remain in the mids or at least equal in the sides (for example a wide sound, not bouncing left and right though).br
br
Thirdly the weird bleepy sounds are almost unnoticeable. They need some work, cant really suggest anything for it though.br
br
Finally I think you can layer some higher synth sounds in there somewhere, something light and not too heavy, but this one is just a personal thing.br
br
Good luck with this!br
br
This link seems to work for me:br

thanks man br
by out of the sides im guessing you mean eq it to just the centre ?

You dont need to use a midside eq to achieve what I am talking about (otherwise you loose the main bass side frequencies, which may or may not result in a desirable sound). Instead you could eq the delayed element, just filter out some of its low end. br
This is me assuming your using a ping pong delay in the chain; abletons ping pong has a built in bandpass in which you can take out the lows. If its not the ableton ping pong I am sure it has a built in filter in which you can remove the low end from the delayed sound.
