I was actually going to post something about this, but didnt get around to it:
Thought it was hilarious how he went to all that trouble, explaining everything that he was doing etc… & why…
Then Wizard Sleeve - or whatever the Fcuk they’re called - only used 2 notes of the Tom Riff for their remix. LOL!
Poor Guy…
He was “totally stoked” to be sending his loops over gazillions O’Km of ocean - to the lads who didnt give 2 sh!tes.
I’d say he was sicken’d.
Very funny though :hehe:
An upload would be great! Thankyou

Yeah and i liked the version he did not the crappy one black noise made
Yeah, definitely - what they made in the UK Studio was awful stuff.
The lyrics of that tune were shocking too. An utter disgrace. Poor FM. Probably thought that they were onto a winner when they were with Thayer.
His side of it was very educational & I thought it was going to be pretty cool.
However - when they went over to the UK the Lads were not up for being intelligent. Awful Vid. I’d say Thayer was really annoyed & he’d be totally right.
Thought what he was doing with EQ was interesting. I normally Cut and maybe take out some extra bits that I know are going to build up or clash… but it was cool to see him raise the Q right up & sweep until he heard the “Rouge Freq” in each individual sound & then sharp cut it right down.
Makes sense to combine the 2 ideas. I dont do it on every sound… but will be giving it a try.
