No access to videos

For the last couple of days I seem to have lost access to videos and all other subscriber features?

it looks like your account has come to the end of its 12 month period,

alternatively resubscribe by simply logging in and navigating to www.sonicacademy.com/subscriber+benefits


I never had a 12 month subscription. I signed up with a 30 day Ableton offer about a week or so ago.

hi, i have logged in and checked your account - there doesn’t seem to be any problems, all of the videos from the University of Ableton are still accessible to you



can you describe your problem more for me if you still having issues?
