No sounds from Kick in Fl Studio 12

Hello everybody , first sorry for the English because i’m french .
I need your help !
I bought KICK by Nicky Romero and installed it , but when i open Kick , it doesn’t works , i don’t have any sounds , and i really don’t know what to do ! :cry:
I did exactly what instructions said for the installation , next i add Kick in FL 12 , but no sounds :sob:
Someone can help me ??
