Hello,br
br
I like the offbass sound that Phil used in “How to make… peak time trance” tutorial (the sample is called PTT_OFFBASS in the package). I like that it’s quite simple, but sounds really good in the mix. In the tutorial Phil used a sample, so didn’t show how to synthesize it, probably because it’s too simple. I thought, I’d guess a synth structure for it very quickly, but in fact I really stucked with it.br

So, could someone please suggest, how to synthesize this bass sound? Again, it’s PTT_OFFBASS sample from package of “Peak time trance” tutorial.
freshly squeezed samples definitive 1 soundpack for sylenth1 has a really good sub bass for this and alot of producers use it to. you should check it out

Seconded, most of the 140bpm trance lot use this bass as the underlying offbeat then layer it up.br

PM me your email and I’ll send it to you if you want.
Big thanks for the reference, guys! Although I don’t use Sylenth, usually just take a look at settings and do something similar in Massive or A.N.A., but I think I surely need to try and hear this sub bass at least in demo.br

Thank you very much!
