Just wanted to share with you that I found out this morning that I got a sick engineering job!!! I got the position out of 1400+ applicants! WOW! I didn’t even think I was a reasonable candidate for this job! Those of you that know me know that I’ve been looking for work for a while, so this is fantastic news! The job is as a H.323(the protocol stack for video over IP) engineer for a videoconferencing company out of the UK that has a contract here in Los Angeles! Woot! Means I get to come to the UK on business now!!! YAY!!! Guys, I’m so elated, sorry for the rant! I just had to tell someone!

Nah, mainly polycom hdx codecs… They are pretty straight forward, but the company I work for expects us to be able to program them from code. Although the guy that hired me said that he’s never seen that have to happen. I’m stoked!
