ive managed to download some .rtf omnisphere patches… how the hell do you load them up?br

Im using Ableton live ( suite ) br

this is what im doing so far:br

clicking on the small load preset/back folder on the audio unit, goint to where i keep my .rts files however they are blanked out and im unable to select them…br
br
am i missing something? is it possible that Mac .rtf’s are different to windows .rtf’s?br

frustrating as hell!.. all my sylenth ones work fine…br

Are you using a bought and paid for legit copy of Omnisphere?
it was on the mac when i bout it, along with ableton, sylenth and a bunch of other stuff so i couldnt tell you… 
Okay, well I’m thinking that if the software is pirated, then this might cause problems.br

In the past when i have used pirated stuff, I’ve had quite a few problems.br
br
Then as soon as i decided to switch to a proper version that i paid for, i literally haven’t had any significant problems ever since.br

I am so glad that i bought my software in the end, it’s just more stable overall.
ill have to check with the chap i bought the mac off… he asked me what i would be using it for and gave me a list of stuff he could put on it… thinking about it now… there would of been some moneys worth on the list if he had paid for it all… im thinking probably not though!! hmmmm
Isn’t Omnisphere alone like £350 or something?
Yeah loads of the mac sellers put cracked software on. Are you new to macs? You may not be installing it properly. I just got one and it has been a right ball ache learning it and reinstalling everything!
