Paid for Web Pass Gold, still getting charged for silver?

Great site. However, I am experiencing some major problems with billing that have just come to my attention. In August I purchased the web pass silver and all was great. Before that expired I purchased Web Pass Gold when there were some discounts and thought that that would take care of the matter. As it turns out I have been charged twice for web pass silver since November. Once on Nov 17th, and again Feb 17th. Can I get these refunded? I would much rather have the gold subscription I paid for :Pbr
