PC "registration failed" :(

We dont get any answer unfortunatelly. I invest in synth and got no support after almost 48hr :frowning:

you can manually install the key by doing the followingbr
br
rename the key to "A.N.A.license"br
then place it inbr
C:/ProgramData/Sonic Academy/A.N.A/Licensebr
br
you may need to enable hidden folders to see the programData folder

Hi I also just bought ANA and every time I input the license file (which I placed in the administrator/My Documents/Sonic Academy folder, I get a "Registration Failed"error. I have Windows 7 64 bit and an 8.00 GB RAM

It goes in the folder specified above not mydocuments

I’ve got the same registration problem, but on an i-mac. Any help is welcomed.

Thanks for trying, but when I open the License Installer it wont let me open/use my License key. It shows in the window but is un-hilighted and wont let me select it. Please help me. Petebr

Make sure your browser hadn’t renamed it. It should be .license if it’s .txt rename it.

I re-named it and the license installer accepted it. I closed Live 9 and even shut down the mac for a few minutes. But unfortunately when in Live 9, ANA still asks me to register it, which still fails. Anything else I can try?

I had it working on my old laptop which broke but now i have this it wont register, every time it ask’s me to register my license it says registration failed.
