The peak time trance tutorial really is hands down the best tutorial on this site. Its also nice to see how far SA has come if you compare it with their old trance tutorial.

I really am lovin this tutorial, Phil this is amazing. I cant believe how much you enjoy and look forward to SA tutorials when its on a genre you really love. How many parts total is it going to be?
we used to have release schedule where we would limit when stuff was finished… now its about making an awesome track… so when im happy its a track that would be releasable it will be finished. so could be another 20 vids who knows.
Ah right ok i gues the attitude of it will be done when its done is better so you know they will be of the best quality.

That’s a much better way of going about the tutorials Phil, I’d rather wait a month and know the next video is gonna be spot on. One thing im having trouble with though, is the whole adding (and making) interesting little fx, like the one’s Sean Tyas and co. use every couple of bars, little sweepy fx & wierd little stabs, you even used them on the first Trance tutorial, I think they were titled acid and bass sweep but I can’t find the part where you show us how to make them. Any chance you could go into a bit of detail about stuff like that? They just make everything sound a bit more professional
