Please keep tutorials more native to the DAW being taught

Hi and thanks for the awesome service you provide! I just wanted to mention that i think its a little underhanded that you feature the ana synth in so many ableton courses. i think its ok for sonic academy to pitch their plug in during the tutorial , but there should be an alternative clip offered each time that is native to the DAW being taught. for example if you show a sub bass patch being made in ana , there should also be one for operator. I am about experienced enough myself to follow along and apply the techniques to any synth, but i know a lot of people arent yet. Its not very fair to charge for these courses only to make some users feel bound to buy more to get through the tutorial without getting lost. Once again i really enjoy the site, and definitely feel like ive gotten my moneys worth , just out of the very first course i took, they are very easy to watch, and learn from, but please take this request into consideration in the future.

the problem is that the synths in most Daws are not capable of creating the required sounds.br
br
Abletons Analog for instance just dosnt have a great unison set up or particularly nice envelopes or filters.br
br
Same goes for Logic ES1, ES2 etc. they just dont cut it.br
br
Cubase synths are pretty basic too.br
br
We created ANA and priced it so competitively to make it easier for users to follow ALL tutorials regardless of DAW.br
br
So if a tutorial is in Logic/Cubase/Ableton you can still follow the main bits if its using ANA.br

I have to agree with Phil here completely! ANA synth doesn’t break the bank either so it’s shouldn’t be a problem for anyone.

I’d not normally promote (freely anyway) soft synths for companies, but actually ANA is a pretty solid synth and I’d recommend anyone snap it up. br
br
Won’t find many other synths this good for that price.

br
Deejae, with respect I have to disagree. br
br
Sonic Academy’s ANA is one of the cheapest synths on the market for its amazing quality, and if your a subscriber it’s even cheaper! br
br
I come from the background of many, many tutorials where the tutors in question use much more expensive synths and in some cases outboard hardware to get their sounds. br
br
I dont think Sonic Academy is wrong to promote it’s own synth in it’s own videos AT ALL.
