This is kind of a hard problem to explain but basically I am currently making a track in ableton and for some reason the first part of any sound or anything i add to the playlist isnt playing. For example if i added a kick drum to the track, the first kick won’t make a sound but it will play fine from then out. Same if i added a chord progression the first part of the chord won’t play but it will be fine after that.
Check to make sure your midi (kick) isn’t starting before your clip. This will cause it to not triggerbr

Right that’s it. If you quantize make sure that u havent any Groove. if you want stay in this groove, Add 1 bar before the kick stack your clip in the sequenceur.
Thanks for the reply guys but that wasnt the problem, turned out to be latency
