Whilst going through the first video of how to make tech house on ableton near the end of the first video you have to send both impulses to the drum group. After sending them you have to select monitor as in. When i did this it makes the highest pitch noise ive ever heard. I dont have monitors yet but if i had they no doubt would have blown. I turned down all the levels but there is still an echo, present also after the compressor has been added. Just wondering why this happened??!!
It happens when there is a feedback loop… So when your mic is hearing its own out put will create feedback.
Just check that you havnt sekected a mic as yiur input or you havnt selcet an output as an input.
Cheers i’ve changed the input on the drum group to master n seems to be ok now. Many thanks
