Hey new subscriber here, looking forward to learn a lot from this community. 
So…there we go. I’ve been watching the “How To Make Drums, Breaks & Builds” video
in the production techniques section so, I was wondering if there’s any way to make the same riser effect in Cubase,
Or do i need an external Sampler Plugin? If yes, can you recommend me one? Thanks!

Cubase Has Hallion but its a paid plugin unfortunately.
Vember Audio Short Circuit might do the trick
nothing else i can see that is as simple as simpler tho.
