REAL wrestling

You know what I can’t stand about wrestling these days is it’s so over the top and BS that it’s not even enjoyable to watch, then I came across this from the 70s.

I couldn’t stop watching it, so good, just proves you don’t need all those OTT flips and BS for something to be entertaining!

I remember watching wrestling when the undertaker used to drill the coffin closed with his opponents in, when mankind used to wrap barbed wire round someone’s face, or when they used to have the cage matches and drop them from the top, through the tables… that was wrestling not that silly $hit that’s on there now, its an insult!

It actually isn’t even entertaining now either, they do more talking that fighting!

CAGE FIGHTING!! NOW THATS THE WAY FORWARD! BRUTAL!! :w00t:

The bit where one Guys head in in between the other Guys thighs is Gas!

I’d say they used to train by Drinking a Keg & Smoking a Carton.

Those were the days!

Anyone ever see this Weirdo?

Dont watch Wrestling myself - at all… But I have seen it when I’m channel surfing looking for a laugh… Boy are there laughs to be had.

Everyones up on the UFC / Cage fighting bandwagon at the moment, it’s been around for years but only lately in the last couple have people been on it.

For me though i’m not too interested in guys on the floor,

I prefer K1, like this stuff (2 epic fighters by the way… well sapp isn’t so much, he’s just ******* MASSIVE hahaha):

Damn can’t delete post so I wil spam instead

I don’t know about you, but i don’t even think boxing is that good anymore. It’s not like the days of Tyson, Mayweather, Lewis, Holyfield, Naseem hamed etc…

To be honest I would rather watch ameteur boxing as it seems to be more skillfull but I don’t really watch enough to be an expert -

what ??? how dare you lol, i am a huge boxing fan and think that this year alone has given some fantastic fights but you need to be watching the lighter divisions. heavy weights have been dead on their feet around the time of tyson. although i am a huge fan of tyson he was only ever made to look great when he was fighting ex champs and old out of shape fighers.

of course you’ll never get better than the Hagler, Hearns, leanard and duran era

but we still have greats like Pac-man, cotto, mayweather, mosley, jones, hopkins, Calzaghe and many others.

the only reason i still love boxing is because it is and has always been about the clever man and in many cases the brain has always been better than the brawn. if you would like me to post some of what i think are great fights i would be extremely happy to do so…

Please do!!

the music is great for this video clip, a true rocky moment and i don’t mind admitting that i actually had so much pride in both these fighters, the only fight i ever watched with out shouting at the TV. from round 1 to the final bell these guys gave every bit of their mind, body and soul.

R.I.P GATTI

these two guys always scared the hell out of me and i can say with ease i would have **** my pants if i would have had to fight either of them

sweatpea could dodge bullets imo this video is more about the fighter than great fights

great fight with two great fighters of our time

i’ll post some more as soon as i find links lol youtubes not so great for great fights
