Remote access

Hi, I’d just like to confirm that the reason I cannot play tutorial videos from my work (at lunch for example) is because you only allow access from the PC I registered on? Or if this isn’t the case, is there maybe another reason?

We don’t restrict access to the single PC - it sounds like perhaps your work are running behind a firewall that may be preventing access to the necessary ports to stream the video

Are you getting an error message?

Thanks for the reply, I did suspect it may have been that… I get no errors, the video just never starts after I click play.

Thanks for your help, it’s still good to know I can watch these from places while I’m away from home anyway, just not from work :slight_smile:
