I will be making this request everyday till I get a due date or when the video comes out, this is day 6.
I may be in a minority on this but look at this vote http://forums.sonicacademy.com/Topic15226-10-1.aspx and you will see that cubase and logic are the minority there yet you still seem to be hell bent on putting cubase and Logic before ableton these days!
No offence but if you carry on this way you will probably get banned. There are alot of users on here that all pay SA and probably all have videos that they really want to see but I don’t see anyone else posting everyday demanding the tutorials they want to see. So what makes you special? Also if you spent 10% of the effort you use flooding these forums on analysing the sound your after and working hard to get better at producing and reading and watching the tons of free stuff on the net and practicing your *** off you will probably get alot further!
I think if I was SA, which I have no inside knowledge of, I would find it very difficult to give you what you are asking. What is going to happen? You ask every day until they concede, then browbeating SA to get what you want becomes an acceptable way of doing things and this forum descends into constant demands?
You’ve turned your request into a war of attrition that SA cannot afford to lose. Any parent will tell you that you never give in to tantrums.
Not trying to give u BS because you use ableton . I signed to this site because there were no other sites that offered Videos for Cubase or other DAWS like Reason .
there is so many sites that offer the same service of Sonic Academy and they are focused in Ableton only . also they try to push people to use and buy Ableton wich i think it is just very Political . I am sure that there is enough videos of how to sound like in Ableton in SA
I think SA is doing a great job in not only working with Ableton but with other Daws in General . i am not going to say that i only want videos in Cubase but i am glad to see that SA is diverse in that way
All I want from SA is an answer on what sort of time I would be looking at, be it be 1 week away or 6 months away. Not asif I am asking for it now is it!
And doing nothing wrong as it’s just like all the requests for logic video’s or house ones, so I can’t see why they would ban me as I am not being a keyboard warrior and bullying anyone is it!

As i said to you in the other thread, keep it all in one thread. If you’d put it in one place and kept it bumped you’d probably have got an answer.
But this is just frustrating for everyone eels here to log on and see you throwing your toys out of the pram because no one answered you.
If you have a specific question put it in the Subscriber support thread or e-mail a tutor directly that way you’ll probably get an answer instead of this childish rubbish. Simply this is a forum for group requests not for personal demands, make your request like everyone else and then discuss it like everyone else does in one thread, see how much support it gets, and if it gets good support then it’ll get done.
But a thread a day asking for the same thing that no one else seems to want is not going to get you your own personal individual tutorial.
Well I did put it in the subscriber forum but it got moved.
I have started the daily request now so not going to stop it till I get a reply from SA, sorry if you don’t like the way I do things, just remember people do things in different ways.
I see that you are trying to help me here and I thank you for that and will keep it in mind for any other requests I may have.
Sounds like you may just need a ‘tech tips’ on this, just to get the area you’re looking for properly as you have a good idea about all the rest of it.
Phil knows mate but still waiting on a answer form him what has been a while now and has made me do this daily request. Would understand if he was busy and didnt have time to come on here but he is always on here and replying to other people.
Tech tips would be pointless in my eyes, when I asked how to get a Munkjack bass SA didn’t do a good job of it and after spending a day in the studio with Dave Owens(one half of Munkjack) having a production lession I found out how they get there bass and the bass pattern.
I think a HTSL would be better as they would look into it more and put more into doing it rather than a short 5minute video.
Ok, maybe it’s worth putting up a poll, that way SA can find out if there is more than one person wanting this. If there are a few, then i’m sure SA would cater, but remember that SA is only small and there is a lot being requested from them.
I do believe a hard dance tutorial would be good for the site, but if it’s only one person wanting this then a HTSL is a lot of hours for SA to put in just to cater for one person.
So get that poll up, and like what has been mentioned already, forum bombing unfortunately isn’t going to do you any favours bud.
I was thinking about doing a poll but remembered we have already had a poll and it got about the same amount votes as Logic and Cubase got in this poll http://forums.sonicacademy.com/Topic15226-10-1.aspx so with that in mind we are defo due a hardhouse HTSL.
I will however rethink my way of going about asking for this as it does seem to be upsetting a few of the forum users what I did not set out to do, all I wanted was an answer form someone who I pay to learn from!
That’s a poll asking what DAW people want, you’re asking for a HH tutorial. Put up a poll and let the people vote, remember there are loads of people that regular SA and the forums who rarely / never contribute to the chat, who may still be happy to click a vote.
Mate a while back there were like a few posts every day from different people requesting Dutch house tutorials and no answer and no tutorials I guess SA is just too busy.
this is stupid iv made a lot of requests over the last year or two thats would be nice bu havnt got one reply from SA over it, bu i dont annoy them over and over cos they are busy and prob dont wanna make the type of sound… if it hasnt happend for ur sound yet its probly wont considerin ur annoyin every1… just leave it
