I like that resampling stuff in the glitch step tutorial (part16+17). How can you achive the same effects with the internal cubase samplers?
Are there special commercial samplers that offer the same options or even better ones?

what i would do with cubase, is highlight loop locaters around the area you want to use. export it - and tick the import back into project section
you can then use the loop in the same way
