The instrumentation is a lot of organ samples and resampled CHORDS… not in the dub techno style, less filtered and not always synthesized from saw waves, try anything as a source. The important stylistic touch really comes from the chord so using eclectic sources to make chords from could really give your chords a personal touch while still keeping the old school sound.br

BTW, while not quite the same, PJ’s 90’s house tut may be worth a watch, the stuff on drums will definitely be relevant to the style of tracks you posted
