Roland JP8000 for 1st Synth

yeah its in really good order, in been kept in a flight case and not used much which is why I’m giving it some good consideration. Hummmmm

Do you get the flightcase with it?

That type of stuff is useful when selling on…

Still a bit rich jacking it up by 150. I’d say thats probably the going rate for them though.

At least you’d be getting a “good” one. Pity you couldnt even get 50 off it.

Wayne, just get it! You wont regret it. Trust me!

I was this close to doing it but low and behold my invoice which should have been paid to me today is late, fu(king ar$e holes have fu(ked it up for me as she has someone another buyer and wont wait :frowning:

However I have made a decision not to spend £1500 on a Virus TI and get a JP8000 or Nord Lead or maybe even a Blofeld next week when my invoice is paid.

I am put off by the menu on the Blofeld but the desktop ones are a good price second hand on ebay…

I honestly dont know anything about the blofelds - but I’d say that the lack of controls on them is a right fkkn pain in the hole.

I’m not sure what they sound like - but I think something a bit more tactile like the Nord / Virus or JP would be SO much better & less of a mindfck.

Sometimes theres a reason why you see so many of something up for sale.

Occasional & rare - Possibly good.

Plentiful - Possibly sh!te (and theres loads of them for sale on Ebay, both new & 2nd hand)

I have a blofeld, there are a couple of vst editors available that open it right up and make it very easy to use

Cool little synth
gofunk (03/02/2011)
OK so now it looking like it will cost me £400 as she has had another offer… so now the question beggs, JP 8000 for £400 or Nord Lead brand new for £599??

What do you all think??
JP8000’s fly around ebay like flies on a camels *** mate and £400 is a rip £230-£300 maybe but at £400 i’d tell them to jog on mate

Nordlead or rack (originals) £180-£250 max

If its the newer Nord then great grab it

I was looking at the 2X mate, I dont see any second hands one flying around at a good price but hard to find records have brand new ones for £599 which is very tempting.

the JP’s regularly show up on ebay (around 3+ a month) and they do vari a lot in price.

Could always grab a Roland SH-32, I remember them being very trance sounding and a follow up to the JP8080
