So I just downloaded my first sample pack from Sonic Academy. I successfully downloaded it and it’s on my computer and appears to look like any other sample pack. However, none of the files are playing. If I open a sample in VLC or any other media player it simply will not play back. If I open a sample in my DAW you do not see a waveform at all and it says the file is offline. I will contact customer support, but I was wondering if anyone else would have an idea what I’m doing wrong! Many thanks!
