Firstly, i have been very impressed by the quality of teaching at SA, so it is disappointing too say, i am experiencing a very poor level of service. br
br
br
Video streaming on this DSL via YouTube- is a glitch free experience. However- trying too view the Tutorials here at SA- has been unsuccessful. br
br
Video’s will continuously run- and freeze at certain points throughout. No amount of waiting or refreshing - appears to make any difference. br
br
Update- I am now receiving service stoppage at 3 sec intervals- and it is begin to send me up the wall to be quite honest.br
br
It is incredibly frustrating- and if things do not pick up- i am left with little choice other then to cancel this membership- which is something i really do not want to have to do.br
br
br
I am on a new Macbook Retina- appox 3 months old- latest version of Chrome + Safari. br
br
Clearly, this is a bandwidth issue- concerning speed of SA’s servers. Perhaps it is related to “FLOW player” which is in my experience an appalling application. I have experience same service difficulties with “FLOW PLAYER” on other pay service sites. br
br
Why is SA- not renting Google to host the files via YOUTUBE- which is what the demonstration videos lead me to believe- would be the service provider.br
br
Any assistance would be great appreciated. br
br
Thankyou. br
br
EDIT- I cannot use this service- at this point in time it is completely dysfunctional br
br
Guess thats tonights time, which set aside- gone to waste then ! br
br
br
br
We use Amazon S3 for delivery of Videos.br
br
we have had some issues from Australia before. Amazon have recently set up a Aussy edge server which should have speed things up. br
br
I have passed your info on to our tech guys who will look in to it and see if we can fix your issues.

Hi there,br
br
could you possibly post up the results of a speed test at www.speedtest.netbr
br
We do have servers located in Australia so you should be getting a good speed in theory.br
Have you tried selecting the lower quality from the bottom right of the videos to see if you still get the problem?
I cannot stream starting today for some reason. br
br
I have been a member (username: space_monkey) for 3 weeks now and suddenly today I can no longer stream any videos. I have tried restarting, clearing cash, loging in and out and still it gets stuck on the loading screen when I try to load your tutorials. I have tried IE9, Chrome, and Firefox. Please help!!br

Hi Therebr
br
Our service is unchanged today, but from your description it could be your local edge server that may have been acting up . Are you being given an error message? and are you still experiencing the issue?br
br
if so can you please let me know your location?
