i used to use logic and now i use ableton. you can’t use logic plugins in ableton - only in logic.
i particularly like ableton because it is easy to use (e.g. browsing audio clips - super fast & easy). also i have an apc40 which is a great controller for ableton but not much use to logic. this is partly why i don’t rewire ableton into logic.
the main thing i like about logic over ableton is that you can automate with curves instead of lines. not enough to get me to go back to logic to.
for me ableton all the way.
Agree with above.
Ableton is much more user friendly… takes less time to get tracks going.
Logic has some great plugins at a really low price… but it means you would have to rewire or something which can be annoying but certainly an option quite a few people use. i.e writing in Ableton and mixing in Logic

this is such a pain!!! hopefully in ableton 9 they will fix this!
