This is the first time i’ve had a problem like this.
When bouncing the tune out as a wav ready to then put it into my master project file that i have setup i am having problems getting the volume to lower.
Although i have the output 1-2 down to where it should be as usual and i even then noticed the (Master channel) and turned that down. Its still bouncing out at -1db. when i have turned it down so it should be around -7 if not lower.
No matter how low i set the faders it bounces the same.
Can anyone tell me what this may be caused by. Do i need both a master channel and output 1-2 channel?
Is your “normalize” option checked when you bounce out?
Sounds to me like it’s normalizing your rendering. Make sure this ISN’T checked when you choose PCM, MP3, Wav, or whatever other format you are bouncing. Also, if you have any mastering plugs plug with the normalize function, make sure it is turned off as well.

Thanx mate. Could be normalize in the bounce area. I never put anything on my master channels when creating a tune. I do all that after its mixed down and bounced out as a wav
