Anyone finding the videos slow to load lately? Never had this happen on sonic website before until last few days trying to watch new tech tips and video pauses every few seconds?

what internet connection speed have you got?

I just phoned my internet service provider. I am currently getting 6144 kb/s download but should be getting almost 3 times faster than this as I am on a fast ADSL2+ plan. There may be some things that can be done to speed it up. However I didn’t have any problems watching youtube vids and didnt normally have slow download with Sonic Academy. Will try again after work.
Hi Bryan, I have phoned my internet service provider. They improved the connection to 9.22 Mb/sec. Still finding that the download does not keep up with the video playing. Only have had this problem recently.
