Still prefer using Ableton though
u got yourself a mac mate?
Logic is more advanced, but Live is easier to get ideas down in and works with loops alot better.
No I started my new course this week, they’ve macs there using Logic so I’m having to learn it as part of my course.
It’s not bad, don’t get me wrong, just prefer the way Ableton looks, feels and the ease of use of it.
This course is 2 years long so i’ll probs be a pro in Logic by the end of it, but still can’t see me converting.
Is the course in Brighton, or London out of interest?
Brighton
Moved to logic 9 in college and even though it’s alot better than 7 I still rate ableton over it, even my tutor rates ableton more!

you’ll be lucky, when the course gets going you barely have time to **** hahahaha, i did the ATM full 4 years (i think it was) first was introduction year second and third would be what you are doing and forth was advanced. i had a friend who was studying to be a nurse at the time and i always has twice as much home word to do as her after the second year was over. i think i started to learn more when i left that place than i did while i was there mainly because i never had time for the info to sink in.
Completely smoked that course up, i think we had to take 10 subjects and score 8 credits to pass but i decided to take 16 and scored 16 credits with my lowest test score being a 94.2% and none of what i learned made any sense until a year or so down the line.
Btw stick at it because if it was anything like mine was it will become the best networking place to be.
