I’m getting issues watching videos

I’m getting 403 errors watching videos.

This should be working on PC/Mac

There is still an existing issue on mobile - working on it!

Hi folks, I have a problem watching tutorials, my screen is green and nothing works on my pc, notebook or mobile device, Thank´s forward!

Same here. I also get 403 errors. I am using Windows 10 and Mozilla Firefox (latest version). Yesterday everything worked fine and today no videos work anymore.

Same here,keep getting media offline messages on iPhone and Mac??

I do have the same issue - media is offline. I cannot continue watching Mia Lauren’s tutorial on iPad.

Yes, we’re aware of this issue and S.A staff is still working on it to get things back to normal.

PS : No need to email customer service or open a support ticket for this at this point, they already know about this issue. Thank you for your patience & understanding guys

This issue has now been fixed and you should be able to watch the tutorials videos again on both PC/MAC as well as from Mobile Devices.
