Some help for low connection people?

hi guys, in my country we havenot good conections anyway, and i got some problems when i try watch the videos. =/



Well i mean about i cant watch and back to some point. Have some way to download the movies or something? Because its rly bad, i need like 40 mins to watch a movie of 4 min and if i need see some step again i will need download it all on your player.
