I love to try and make all styles of music so a friend set me the task to make a dub step track! So I made the track then tryed to write lyrics which I’d have been better letting ma 5 year old daughter write lol. So decided to look for an accapela of Alex clare too close my friends favorite song and turning ithe track into a remix for him ! br

Hey mate, this is an excellent remix, dub step is really not my thing but I can appreciate good production.br

The only thing that struck me was that the vocal could do with a touch more reverb for me, just to bring it into the mix a bit more, if that makes sense.
Hey jimmy , thanks for listening mate, yeah dub steps no usually my thing but really enjoyed making it ! Know what u mean with the vocal! messed around so much with the reverb but somehow it sounded different once bounced down ! Might try a different reverb!br
Btw really love ur latest track mate , is it to be released ? 
You should try Breverb on it, really good for Vocals.br

Cheers, yeah I’m hoping it’s going to get released on one of the Recoverworld labels, but not heard from them post their initial response, so maybe they’ve had second thoughts. Will chase them up, fingers crossed they’re still interested.

I think you sould have a bit more variety with your WUBWUBS… br

You could maybe Seprate out the sub from the Wub and really compress it to get it more stable.br

Use a really agresssive sidechain on the bass (maybe some other elements) from the kick and snare . make it agressive but short.br
br
The break you are using from the UD pack has the snare on the 2 nd 4th like 4 on the floor/DB… there should be some breaks with it on the 3 for dubstep.br

and a nice Kick Preset ive been using
Ive Also Been using Valhallah Room with the Medium Gate Preset on DB and dubstep drums.

breverb looks really good but unfortunately the wife’s banned me from spending money on anymore software! although i do have a secret stash saving for the fab filter suite

when you say separate the sub from the wub do you mean by duplicating it then separating the frequency’s then work on the sub part?br
