Sorry about my bad english
I bought ANA2 in March 29, 2020 and I found it hard to run on my laptop because my laptop is old with bad quality.
ANA2’s sound is great.But when it always crash with high usage of cpu because of bad condition of my laptop.
And I recently contact customerservice@sonicacademy.com
But nobody reply me.So I wonder if there is no way to ask for refund.
That has to be handled by Sonic Academy, should be possible IMO since it’s a recent purchase but again, not sure about the terms & conditions, have to be discussed with them. Perhaps it would have been good to try the demo before making a purchase, that’s why it’s there ( but ok, it’s easy to say I know, I also buy many plugins without taking the demo step before, we all do that I think ).
When did you email them ? Give them some time to get back to you, will point them at your request tomorrow though, it’s weekend now.
