Been waiting for your comeback Jan, suppose you’ve been busy with all those anti drug protests again :stuck_out_tongue:

Lol its just ridiculous here in Holland now, the dutch government is sending out scratch cards to every registered citizen. By scrathing this card and sniffing it you are supposed to get the smell of an illegal weed farm. So if you suspect the neighbour is ilegaly growing weed you are supposed to rat them out to the police. 90% of the dutch government think its the biggest waste of money ever. Proper KGB politics and the dutch are pretty anti ratting people out due to the old days of world war II and a certain group of people known as NSB that used to tell the nazis where Jews were being hidden so this is just such a ridiculous thing that they are asking us to sell each other down the river. Id like to think of my fellow country men that they will throw these scratch cards away but i suppose rats/traitors never sleep. And its very hard to win against these people.

Thats ****ing mad. haha!

Everything was better when ye were known & loved for your Clogs, Windmills & Tulips.

Time to get back to basics

Its so confusing this whole policy on weed. Coffeyshops can sell it but the people that grow it and sell it to the shops are commiting a crime. You can smoke it in a coffeyshop and at home but the process of buying weed in a shop and taking it home is also illegal as your technically transporting narcotics. Also if anyone tells you in amsterdam you can blow your joint smoke in a police officers face and they cant do anything is also misinformed. Basically there are areas where you can smoke and areas where you cant and if you get caught smoking in an illegal area where the policy is not valid its a €60 fine and you will have your stash taken away. So many rules and regulations and these silly left wing idiots consistently manipulating clauses just to make a huge complicated policy even more mind numbingly intricate an tangled with confusion.

What a hard life.

Are there any laws in Holland about not putting paragraphs in your posts?

You’re hard work Jan.

You forgot about their inspiring flat countryside

I think the scratch cards is a classic - especially as in the US many states have been voting on legalising weed and only narrowly losing

Sorry about the paragraphs blame the old iphone lol. But i think legalising weed isnt a bad thing. It really sickens me when you see an old lady in the UK being arrested because she has a few plants whih she smokes to help the pain of her arthritus. But you see the government knows exactly what its doing every step of the way let me explain. In Holland you are allowed to grow 5 cannabis plants for personal use, the only catch is you have to grow it outdoors. Anything grown in doors is a crime. Now you might ask whats the big deal about that? Well outdoor weed as it is known has a very low thc content compared to indoor weed. So its like yeah u can buy some big macs but the burger is removed lol. The government knows exactly what they are doing i also have a firm belief that they know exactly what comes in and out concerning the illegal drugs and i also feel the top guys in politics get a cut, put on a nice big press conference about how they are fighting the war against drugs but secretly let certain things slide and get compensated massively. Sure they have to occasionally put on a show and bring in a boat with a few hundred Ks of charlie on it, but when everyone is stood on this captured narcotics press fiasco what do you think is coming through on other boats? Mabey a few thousand Ks. You see the real drug barons arent a group of hooded yobs riding around on bmxes they prefer to drive around in rolls royces on their way to parliament.

Best thread hijack ever!

Thanks for the link bud.

FFS! Now i see how the TT goes to work, they post some little teasers, suck you in and before you know it they have YOU doing all the hijack work whilst keeping there own minimal noses clean! I feel sick…

LOL - love it when a plan comes together

Back to off topic, I am in the small minority of people who think if done right all drugs should be legalised - and I will try to explain, in Bristol there was a pilot scheme where the health service would give out heroin and clean needles to users, after a year their was a significant drop in heroin related health problems but maybe more signifcantly crime droped by 70%

Also another survey found that 68% of inmates in our prisons offences were related to illicit drugs - it costs us nearly £1K a day to keep 1 prisoner in prison, imagine the savings we could actually redirect to health services let alone the amount it cost for the police and court system to administrate the laws

I am not saying one should be able to go and buy crack in your local supermarket but maybe a prescription for more harmfull drugs with the condition that one has to be monitoored and attend drug dependency courses

There would be so many benefits including cutting out the drug dealers and the cash they obtain, less crime and in the long run less pressure on the health services

Ofcourse it will never happen as people would be up in arms saying why should the tax payer pay for peoples habits - but clearly our current drug policies do not work so a rethink is way overdue

I think your right its so insane how these different countries have these insane policies. Another crazy thing here is that you can smoke weed etc and go visit a prozzi afterwards for luck but its illegal to bet on sports etc which in the UK ofcourse with bookies etc is massive. The legalization of drugs would pretty much drastically drop the overall rate of crime and lose some very bad people alot of money. Check out the movie Layer Cake with Daniel Craig it has a pretty funny bit of what would happen if drugs were legalized.

Also our insane drug classifications - last week a report was done that Alchol was the No1 worst drug on ones self and society in general - binge drinking and fighting - lsd and xtc were the least dangerous
