Hi Phil.PWhat just struck me after readingnbsp;thenbsp;thread that someone else started regarding your plans for 2013, is that i personally think you should be asking current subscribers what they want to see added/changed in the next year?/PPMy subscription is up for renewal in April, and whilst i think what you guys do is great, there are definately some things that i would like to see improved/added, in order to keep justifying the fee./PPApart from that, as someone who has been with you from the very start, i am keen to see the website keep developing and becoming better as much as possible./PPWhy not do a quick survey to get some direction on what current members would like to see?/PPAppreciate that you have to try and attract new subscribers as well - but as with any business model, it’s so much easier to maintain revenue by keeping your current customers - can you arrange a survey to find out what your customers want./PPI know i haven’t been asked this to date - and like i said, i’ve been a subsciber for years!
We are always open to ideas for new features and content… and of course we have the course and get that sound suggestion forums if you have ideas for content.br

we are currently going over all the analytics/web/course data for 2012 seeing what was popular and what wasn’t which along with user feedback and our own ideas will help guide us with our future development.br
