Hi Rob - our videos are all encoded in 720p so they should be high enough quality to avoid squinting. a bigger monitor might help with seeing things a bit more clearly perhaps or just full screening the video.br

we use screenflow yes and all of our videos are 720p going forward - they may have been slightly below that in some of our older videos such as the one you just mentioned.br

the streaming versions and downloaded versions are identicalbr
