I just bought a pair of Dr. Pro speaker stands (DR Pro SMS1BK Wood Studio Monitor Stand (Pair) 36" Black | Guitar Center) and I have my Adam A7x’s on them. I filled the stands with sand, but they’re still a bit wobbly. Anyone know of any other ways to keep them stable? I get nervous with my monitors on them.
You could fix them to the floor with some bolts or get few breeze blocks round them.
Ive heard some folk using lead pellets instead of sand too.
