There seems to be a problem with the How to Make Tech Disco video’s. I have been experiencing this for the past 48hrs. If I start a tutorial it will commence loading and then play for about 5 seconds before either freezing indefinitely (spinning wheel) or showing the play again window? Can’t get more than 5 seconds into the tutorial before this happens.
Doesn’t seem to happen with other video’s. Just the Tech Disco series.
I am now experiencing this problem with other training video’s as well to the extent where some of the tutorials don’t even load, I just get spinning wheel on black screen…
Where are you located?

hi
i see you are based in australia.
we have an issue with our streaming servers in australia and certain broadband providers out there.
if you are continuing to have problems let me know and i can put a fix on your account that will disable streaming - should give you a more consistent performance
Hey guys,
Yes based in Australia. Problem seems to be intermittent (doesn’t happen all the time but enough to be very annoying). Anything you can do to help improve consistency would be appreciated.

ive placed the fix on your account
could you try out a few videos and see if its any better for you
Related to this is session timeouts for videos. Basically, if I log in and am watching videos, after around 30 minutes to an hour, I’m automatically logged out of the site and then have to log back in to continue watching videos. Especially annoying when I’m watching a tutorial series and going through a single video a bunch, working side by side, and then go to the next video only to have to log back in again.
Not a huge deal, but it’s an unnecessary headache. Would be great if you guys added a setting like facebook, etc. with a checkbox that says “Keep me logged in.”
