Finally got enough money together now to start putting together my studio. Im looking for an all-in-one solution which can house my iMAC, FULL Size Keyboard, KRK Speakers, iMAC Mouse and Keyboard etc etc and stumbled across these two… just wondering what people’s thoughts are wether there are any other ones which are either better quality or better value for money;

I was actualy going to build a desk ages ago… a copy of one of those Quiklok ones I think it was.
Didnt in the end. Went to Ikea instead.
I have looked at IKEA but couldn’t see any… do you have some links ICN please bud?

You can go in & get any legs to go with any top. Think mine worked out about 70quid for think about 150cm by 75cm, with a heavy metal bench / leg type arrangement.
Nothing stopping you buying the Wood for the top & a shelf & buying the legs / base from Ikea. Good quality & cheap. Nothing stopping you putting 6 or 8 legs on it if you think.
Theres also little units that you can get there called “RAST” that can take rack stuff.
I’ve seen Guys build them in desks on the net, with speakers on top, on the left & right. Here’s a Pic of what they are:

yeah, they’re great value. When I get one - eventually, it’ll probably be one of them.
I’ve seen a few of them for sale 2nd hand down here in Southern Ireland. Now obviously thats no good to anyone… but they’re absolutely fine. Keep an eye out on your local Ad’s… People have bills to pay & are desperate ;)
What do ye have in the UK - Gumtree… what else?
The likes of Ebay will have Auctions & you wont get a bargain.

Its a great desk. I’ve just got my speaker boxes each side of my 20" Main monitor.
I also have room for a Nocturn, a Edriol PCR500 49Key & a 2nd 17" Monitor.
& of course my Mac Keyboard & Mouse… & Focusrite Saffire LE Soundcard.
