10 sek in to this track there is a synth start playing it sound almost lika a guitar, how to create that in Sylenth? And at 3:41 in to the track there is another synth playng also sounding like a guitar, same question!

it sounds like a sampled flamenco guitar to me drenched in reverb 
Yeah defo a guitar of some type… Abletons tension could be used for something similar.
The Roland JV,XP range of synths have a very recognisable set of guitar sounds. especially the Jazz guitar patch which was used in ATBs big hit which sounds like the one at 3:41.
